Pareto Business Management

Pareto Business Management ("PBM") is specialized in management and development of companies within real estate, infrastructure and shipping & offshore. PBM has over 180 companies with assets of more than EUR 5.5 billion under management in the Nordic region.

PBM was founded in 1986 as subsidiary of the Pareto Group and today employs some 50 employees, specializing in commercial management, development, technical management, accounting, taxation and company law.

Flemings Properties AB is managed by experienced employees at PBM who are responsible for the company's and its real estate portfolio’s management and development (see "Management") with the mission to run the company with high standard of professionalism, value creation and good communication towards the shareholders.
